It charges my phone, but usually only when the phone is turned off.
This was a nice slim charger that I used extensively. I found it very useful. The only issue I had with it was that the casing broke within about 3 months. I suspect it is because the prongs do not collapse.
I don't know how, but this charger offers a more positive connection to the actual phone than the charger which was included with the phone.
It charged my phone, sorry nothing elese good or bad to say about it.
Now one and half days at best with NO use. The voltage and current ratings are close, but it ruined two batteries. I could go for almost a week with minimal use on a full charge until I used this charger. Another phone which has moderate use has to be charged nightly. Save your $8 and put it toward an authentic Motorola charger.
